Your booking deposit is due by bank transfer within 7 days following booking confirmation. The remaining amount can be transferred before arrival or paid on site at the reception.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• For cancellations between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• For cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged, minus the deposit already paid.
• In the event of no-show, early departure, or late arrival, the full agreed price will be charged.

Insure your holiday when you book: with HGV travel and cancellation insurance, you are well protected in the event of a last-minute cancellation. The insurance covers the costs in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and offers you additional security for your travel plans.

A minimum stay applies during the peak season. You will receive further information on this when you make your individual enquiry.

When you book the Mono apartment, breakfast for two people is already included in the rate. For the other apartment types (Superior and Penthouse), breakfast can be added to your booking for €18.00 per person/day. For children up to the age of 12, breakfast costs €9.00, while children under the age of 3 eat breakfast for free.

A week before arrival, you’ll receive a code that lets you open the entrance door. You’ll find your room cards at the reception. You can pay the remaining amount of your booking on your day of arrival or the following day at the reception, which is open until 12 noon. When checking out, you can simply leave your room card on the reception desk.

Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Upon request, you may use the wellness area in advance. Please check out by 10 a.m. on your departure day.
